柳兰内酯甲素:柳兰中分离的一个新的异香豆素

Chamerilactone A: one new isocoumarin isolated from Chamerion angustifolium

  • 摘要: 本文采用正相硅胶柱、MCI柱、Sephadex LH-20及半制备HPLC从柳兰(Chamerion angustifolium)乙醇提取物中分离到一个新的异香豆素,命名为柳兰内酯甲素(1),通过二维核磁共振、旋光等波谱学分析方法确定了其结构。

     

    Abstract: A new isocoumarin, chamerilactone A (1) was isolated from the ethanol extract of Chamerion angustifolium with normal phase silica column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, MCI CHP-20 and semipreparative HPLC methods. Its structure and stereochemistry were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D-NMR and optical rotation techniques.
