花花柴中一个新的苯丙素苷

A new phenylpropanoid glycoside compound isolated from Karelinia caspia

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、反相RP-18柱色谱等方法,从花花柴中分离得到3个苯丙素衍生物及3个其他苯环衍生物,其中化合物1为新的苯丙素苷类化合物,命名为花花柴素A。通过深入分析1D和2D NMR图谱以及质谱,确定了分离得到化合物的结构。

     

    Abstract: To study the constituents of Karelinia caspia (Pall.) Less, three phenylpropanoid derivatives and other compounds were isolated by silica gel, RP-18 chromatographic methods. Compound 1 was a new phenylpropanoid glycoside named as kareline A. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis, including 1D- and 2D-NMR and mass spectrometry.
