抗耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)天然产物研究进展

Advances in the study of anti-MRSA natural products

  • 摘要: 耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA) 是一种严重威胁人类健康的多重耐药性病原菌。寻找结构新颖、高效低毒的抗MRSA 先导化合物一直是抗生素研究领域的重要方向。具有结构多样性和复杂性的天然产物在抗MRSA新药的研发中表现出独特的优势和巨大的潜力。本文对2010 年至今发现的抗MRSA 天然产物及其药物化学研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a multi-drug resistant pathogenic bacteria, which has seriously threatened human health for a long time. Discovery of novel anti-MRSA lead compounds with high efficiency and low toxicity represents an important research focus in the realm of antibiotic studies. Owing to their structural diversity and complexity, natural products have exhibited unique advantages and great potential in the development of anti-MRSA new drugs. This review summarizes the studies of anti-MRSA natural products and their relevant medicinal chemistry reported since 2010.
