自噬活性物质筛选系统研究进展

Progress of autophagy screening systems

  • 摘要: 细胞自噬是近年来生物医学领域的研究热点, 参与机体的多种生理及病理过程。自噬参与多种疾病的发生发展, 以自噬为靶点的药物开发亦成为新的研究热点。随着对自噬研究的深入, 如何对该过程进行精确的定性、定量研究以及如何通过实验手段干预自噬进程仍为现阶段研究的重点。同时, 利用自噬的定量研究方法建立自噬活性筛选系统可对自噬活性物质进行筛选鉴定, 为针对多种疾病的临床药物开发提供候选化合物。本文总结了多种自噬活性筛选系统的建立原理和方法。

     

    Abstract: Autophagy is an active research area in the biomedical field as its role has been identified in many physiological and pathological processes. Accordingly, there is a growing demand to identify, quantify and manipulate the process accurately. Meanwhile, there is great interest in identifying compounds that modulate autophagy because they may have applications in the treatment of a variety of autophagy-related diseases. In this review, we summarize the current status of autophagy screening systems to facilitate identification of autophagy modulators.
