现代质谱技术在中药代谢及药代动力学研究中的应用

Application of modern mass spectrometry in metabolism and pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine

  • 摘要: 现代质谱技术凭借其灵敏、快速、特征性强等优点在中药代谢及药代动力学领域发挥着不可替代的作用。本文对现代质谱技术的发展进行了简要介绍,并从体内、体外两个方面对现代质谱技术在中药代谢及药代动力学研究方面的应用进行了全面综述。体外研究方面重点介绍了肠内菌代谢和细胞色素P450(CYP450)代谢两个方面;体内研究方面重点介绍了微透析-质谱联用技术、色谱-质谱联用技术、常压离子化质谱新技术及质谱成像技术在中药代谢及药代动力学方面的主要应用。

     

    Abstract: Modern mass spectrometry plays an important role in the study of metabolism and pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine due to its high sensitivity, high analysis speed and good stability. First, this article gives a brief introduction to the development of modern mass spectrometry techniques. Second, the application of modern mass spectrometry is summarized in the study of metabolism and pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine including in vitro and in vivo studies. In vitro research is reviewed with a focus on metabolism of intestinal bacteria and cytochrome P450 enzymes; in vivo research is covered mainly with a fo cuse on the application of microdialysis-MS, GC/LC-MS, new ambient mass spectrometry, and imaging mass spectrometry in metabolism and pharmacokinetics.
