金钗石斛中一个新的联苄类化合物

A new bibenzyl compound from Dendrobium nobile

  • 摘要: 通过硅胶和MCI柱色谱及制备液相色谱等分离方法从贵州道地药材金钗石斛茎中分离纯化得到7个联苄类化合物,经质谱和核磁共振等波谱技术将其结构分别鉴定为4,α-二羟基-3,5,3'-三甲氧基联苄(1)、4,5-二羟基-3,3',α-三甲氧基联苄(2)、4,4'-二羟基-3,5,3'-三甲氧基联苄(3)、4,5-二羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基联苄(4)、4,3'-二羟基-3,5-二甲氧基联苄(5)、5,4'-二羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基联苄(6)和5,3'-二羟基-3-甲氧基联苄(7)。化合物1为新的联苄类化合物,化合物4为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: In this study, seven bibenzyl compounds were isolated from the stem of Dendrobium nobile by silica gel, MCI column chromatographic and preparative HPLC technology. By using spectroscopic techniques including NMR and MS, these compounds were identified as 4, α-dihydroxy-3, 5, 3'-trimethoxybibenzyl (1), 4, 5-dihydroxy-3, 3', α-trimethoxybibenzyl (2), 4, 4'-dihydroxy-3, 5, 3'-trimethoxybibenzyl (3), 4, 5-dihydroxy-3, 3'-dimethoxybibenzyl (4), 4, 3'-dihydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxybibenzyl (5), 5, 4'-dihydroxy-3, 3'-dimethoxybibenzyl (6) and 5, 3'-dihydroxy-3-methoxybibenzyl (7). Compound 1 is a new compound and compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
