毛鸡骨草叶中一个新的吐昔酰胺类成分

One new truxillic amide compound from Abrus mollis leaves

  • 摘要: 毛鸡骨草(Abrus mollis Hance)叶采用水醇提取,不同有机溶剂萃取,获得正丁醇部位,利用各种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,理化性质结合UV、MS、TLC、HPLC和NMR等波谱技术鉴定出6个化合物,分别为:葫芦巴碱(1)、脯氨酸(2)、丙氨酸酐(3)、顺式-N-(4-羟基桂皮酰)酪氨酸(4)、反式-N-(4-羟基桂皮酰)酪氨酸(5)和鸡骨草丙素(6)。化合物6为新化合物,化合物14均是首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: The butanol extract part was extracted and isolated with water, alcohol and different organic solvents from Abrus mollis leaves. 6 compounds were isolated and purified using various column chromatographies and identified with the spectral techniques such as UV, MS, TLC, HPLC and NMR. The structures of 6 compounds were trigonelline (1), praline (2), alanine anhydride (3), (Z)-N-(4-hydroxycinnamoyl)tyrosine (4), (E)-N-(4-hydroxycinnamoyl)tyrosine (5), and abrusamide C (6). Compound 6 is a new compound, and compounds 1-4 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
