离子通道作为糖尿病神经性疼痛药物靶点的现状研究

Current status of ion channels as drug targets for diabetic neuropathic pain

  • 摘要: 糖尿病神经性疼痛(diabetic neuropathic pain,DNP)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症,严重影响人们的生活质量。研究表明离子通道在DNP的发生中具有非常重要的作用,本综述将对离子通道在糖尿病神经病理性疼痛发生中的作用以及靶向离子通道的糖尿病神经性疼痛的治疗进行总结。

     

    Abstract: Diabetic neuropathic pain (DNP) is the most common chronic complication of diabetes mellitus, significantly affecting people's quality of life. Studies have indicated that ion channels play a very important role in the occurrence of DNP. This review provides a summary in the role of ion channels in diabetic neuropathic pain and treatment strategies for diabetic neuropathy targeting ion channels.
