大托叶云实中一个新的卡山烷二萜

A new cassane diterpene from Caesalpinia bonduc

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI和半制备HPLC等色谱技术,对豆科云实属植物大托叶云实种子的95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化。从中分离得到了5个卡山烷型二萜化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定为3β-乙酰氧基-卡山烷-12,14(17),15-三烯-7β-醇(1)、caesalmin C(2)、caesall E(3)、caesalpinin MJ(4)和1-deacetylcaesalmin C(5),其中化合物1为新化合物,245首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Five cassane diterpenes were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the seeds of Caesalpinia bonduc (Leguminosea) by a combination of various chromatographic methods, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC. On the basis of spectroscopic techniques, their structures were identified as 3β-acetoxy-cassa-12,14(17),15-trien-7β-ol (1), caesalmin C (2), caesall E (3), caesalpinin MJ (4), and 1-deacetylcaesalmin C (5). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound and 2, 4, 5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
