聚(2-乙基-2-噁唑啉)在药物递送系统中的应用

The application of poly (2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) in drug delivery system

  • 摘要: 聚(2-乙基-2-噁唑啉)poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline),PEOz是一种由2-乙基-2-噁唑啉通过阳离子开环聚合得到的亲水性长链聚合物,具有低毒、生物相容性及分子链柔性好、易于修饰的特性。将其用于药物或载药系统的修饰可使后者具有长循环能力,而不表现出聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)修饰的抑制靶细胞摄取、妨碍pH敏感纳米粒"核内体逃逸"等缺点,是一种潜在的PEG替代物。本文综述了PEOz的理化性质、合成方法及其在药物递送系统中的应用。

     

    Abstract: Poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) (PEOz), a hydrophilic long-chain polymer synthesized by living cationic ring-opening isomerization polymerization of 2-ethyl-2-oxazoline, has the characteristics of low toxicity, biocompatibility, flexible chain, and modified expediently. PEOz is a potential substitute of polyethylene glycol (PEG) to render the ability of long-circulation, enhance cellular uptake and endosomal escape behaviors to PEOz modified drug delivery system. In this review, we summarized recent literature for the research progress of physicochemical properties, synthetic methods and the application of PEOz in drug delivery system.
