基于线粒体靶向机制的抗肿瘤制剂的研究进展

Advances of antineoplastic agents based on mitochondrial targeting mechanism

  • 摘要: 线粒体是细胞内重要的细胞器,在肿瘤的发生、发展中起着重要的作用。将抗癌药物靶向线粒体可以有效提高药物治疗效果,降低对正常组织的毒副作用。本文从线粒体膜电位、线粒体外膜通透性和线粒体膜转位酶3个方面,综述线粒体靶向制剂在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,为线粒体靶向治疗系统的构建提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Mitochondrion is an important organelle in cells and plays a crucial role in tumor development. Therefore, improvement of the targeting ability of anticancer drugs to mitochondria will increase the treatment efficacy for tumor and reduce the side effect on normal tissues. Here, research progresses in mitochondrial targeting have been reviewed in three aspects for tumors treatment: the potential, permeability and translocase of mitochondrial membrane. The review provides a reference for the development of mitochondria targeted therapeutic systems.
