乌拉尔甘草中两个新的二氢黄酮苷类成分

Two new flavanone glucosides identified in Glycyrrhiza uralensis

  • 摘要: 为进一步研究乌拉尔甘草中的黄酮类化学成分,通过采用大孔吸附树脂、RP-C18、Sephadex LH-20、MCI柱色谱和HPLC等多种色谱分离方法从乌拉尔甘草80% 乙醇提取物中分离得到2个黄酮类化合物。根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据,鉴定其结构分别为:(2S)-甘草素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、(2R)-甘草素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)。化合物1与化合物2均为新化合物,其母核结构为一对对映异构体。

     

    Abstract: Two flavanone glucosides were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis using various chromatographic techniques, including macroporous adsorbent resin, RP-C18, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and preparative HPLC. On the basis of chemical properties and spectra data, these compounds were identified as (2S)-liquiritigenin-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), (2R)-liquiritigenin-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds, and their aglycones are enantiomers.
