Abstract:
Five triterpene saponins were isolated from the aqueous extract of the leaves of
Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H.Chen via various chromatographic approaches, including HPD-100 macroporous resin, silica gel, reverse phase C
18 and so on. Spectroscopic and chemical methods were used to elucidated their structures, which were determined to be 3-
