Progress in the study of the function of tribbles homologous protein 3

  • 摘要: Tribbles同源蛋白3(TRB3)具有广泛的生物学功能,如参与肿瘤调控、胰岛素抵抗的发生、内质网应激反应、炎症调节和细胞生长分化的调控等。TRB3作为关键的"压力调节开关",参与众多疾病的调控,并作为很多疾病的生物标志物和潜在的治疗靶点。本文就近年来有关TRB3的生物学功能研究做一概述,以期为TRB3功能的进一步研究提供一定的理论基础。

     

    Abstract: Tribbles homologous protein 3 (TRB3) has a wide range of biological functions, such as involvement in tumor regulation, the occurrence of insulin resistance, endoplasmic reticulum stress response, inflammation regulation and the regulation of cell growth and differentiation. TRB3, as a key "pressure regulating switch", is involved in the regulation of numerous diseases and serves as a biomarker and potential therapeutic target for many diseases. This paper gives an overview of the research on the biological function of TRB3 in recent years, in order to provide a theoretical basis for further research on TRB3 function.
