老鹰茶中一个新的木脂素

A new lignan from the hawk tea

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、MCI、半制备高效液相色谱等柱色谱方法对贵州老鹰茶乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据NMR数据以及理化性质鉴定了化合物的结构,分离得到2个木脂素类化合物分别鉴定为老鹰茶木脂素A(1)和cinnamophilin(2)。化合物1为新化合物,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of Litsea coreana were investigated using chromatographic methods, including column chromatography on silica gel, MCI, and semi-preparation HPLC. Two compounds were isolated and identified as hawktealignan A (1) and cinnamophilin (2) by NMR analyses as well as their physical and chemical properties. Compound 1 is a new lignan and compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
