鸡骨常山中的一个新生物碱

A new alkaloid from Alstonia yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、碳十八烷基反相键合硅胶(ODS)、SephadexLH-20、HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,从夹竹桃科植物鸡骨常山枝叶的总生物碱部位中分离并鉴定了4个生物碱类化合物,根据理化性质与波谱数据分别鉴定为N4-甲基脱氧阿枯明(N4-methylpseudoakuammigine,1)、脱氧阿枯明(pseudoakuammigine,2)、维诺林(vinorine,3)、匹克拉林碱(picraline,4)。其中化合物1为一个新的生物碱类化合物。

     

    Abstract: Four alkaloids were isolated from the total alkaloids of the twigs and leaves of Alstonia yunnanensis (Apocynaceae) by using silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC chromatography. Structures were determined by physical, chemical and spectroscopic methods and identified as N4-methylpseudoakuammigine (1), pseudoakuammigine (2), vinorine (3), picraline (4). Among them, compound 1 is a new monoterpenoid indole alkaloid.
