广谱抗病毒药物研究进展

Recent advances in the research of broad-spectrum antiviral agents

  • 摘要: 病毒感染一直威胁着人类的生命健康。广谱抗病毒药物可以通过靶向对病毒复制至关重要的宿主蛋白,作用于多种病毒或同一病毒的多种基因型,来发挥广谱抗病毒作用、并减少耐药性的发生。本文精选近几年最具代表性的研究实例,从药物化学的角度总结了具有特定优势结构和靶向病毒生命周期中特定靶标的广谱抗病毒药物的最新进展。

     

    Abstract: Viral infections have always threatened human health. Broad-spectrum antiviral agents (BSAs) can either target host proteins that are essential for viral replication, or act on multiple viruses or multiple genotypes of the same virus. More importantly, BSAs could reduce the possibility of drug resistance. From the perspective of medicinal chemistry, this review summarizes recent advances in the research of broad-spectrum antiviral drugs with privileged structures or targeting specific targets in the viral life cycle.
