抗腺病毒药物化学研究新进展

Recent advances in the discovery and development of adenovirus inhibitors

  • 摘要: 腺病毒是儿童和成人急性呼吸道、胃肠道及泌尿道等部位感染的常见病原体,在免疫功能低下的人群中可引起严重甚至致死性感染,对人类的健康造成极大的威胁。目前尚无批准上市的特异性抗腺病毒药物。随着对腺病毒致病机制和生物学特征的深入研究以及药物发现筛选技术的快速发展,新一代抗腺病毒的药物靶标及其抑制剂被陆续发现,为其治疗方案提供了新的选择。本综述精选近几年最具代表性的研究实例,总结了抗腺病毒药物化学的前沿进展。

     

    Abstract: Adenovirus is a common cause of infection in children and adults with acute respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract. It can cause serious and even fatal infections in patients with low immune function. Therefore, it poses a great threat to human health. Currently, there are no specific anti-adenoviral drugs in market. With in-depth investigation of the pathogenic mechanism and biological characteristics of adenovirus, and the rapid development of drug screening technology, new generation of anti-adenovirus drug targets and related inhibitors have been discovered, providing new options for treatment. This review selects the representative case studies in recent years and summarizes the advances in anti-adenoviral medicinal chemistry.
