Research advances of glutamine metabolism-related targets in tumor treatment

摘要: 代谢重编程是肿瘤细胞代谢的重要特点。谷氨酰胺作为肿瘤细胞代谢过程中的“条件性必需氨基酸”,为肿瘤细胞提供物质和能量来源,并维持肿瘤细胞氧化还原稳态。本文综述了谷氨酰胺在肿瘤发生、发展和转移过程中发挥的重要作用,探讨其与关键生物分子的相互关系,为肿瘤治疗寻找新靶点提供思路。Abstract: Metabolic reprogramming is an important feature of tumor cell metabolism. Glutamine, as a conditionally essential amino acid, provides material and energy for cell growth and maintains the redox homeostasis of tumor cells. This article reviews the role of glutamine in tumorigenesis, development and metastasis, discusses the relationship between glutamine and key biomacromolecules, and provides ideas for finding new targets in cancer therapy.
