基于液相色谱分离的天然产物药物活性成分筛选技术研究进展

Advances in chromatography-based methods for screening active compounds from natural products

  • 摘要: 天然产物作为一个巨大的资源宝库,已成为现代药物研发的重要源泉。天然产物活性成分筛选技术的提高,对缩短研究周期、降低研发成本、提高筛选效率、加快新药研发进程十分关键。本文就近年来以色谱分离技术为基础的柱前、柱上和柱后3种活性化合物筛选技术及其应用进行了简要综述,以期为天然产物中活性成分的高效筛选提供一定参考。

     

    Abstract: Natural products have been a major source of leading compounds in drug discovery. How to effectively screen active compounds from complex matrix remains an interesting topic. In this review, we comprehensively summarized advanced liquid chromatography based approaches in natural products screening, including pre-column, on-column and post-column screening methods. Their advantages, disadvantages and prospect are also discussed.
