雪莲的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research advances on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of snow lotus

  • 摘要: 雪莲是一种具有广泛药理活性的药用植物,传统医学将其用于治疗风湿性关节炎、感冒咳嗽、痛经以及高原反应。本文将对天山雪莲(Saussurea involucrata,SI)、苞叶雪莲(Saussurea obvallata,SO)、绵头雪兔子(Saussurea laniceps,SL)、水母雪兔子(Saussurea medusa,SM)、星状雪兔子(Saussurea stella,SS)和三指雪兔子(Saussurea tridactyla,ST)的黄酮类、木脂素类、酚醛类、苯丙素类和倍半萜类化合物等多种活性成分进行整理,并对其抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、促进脂质代谢的药理作用及其相关分子机制进行综述,为将来雪莲的中药化学的研究和药理活性的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Snow lotus is a medicinal plant with a wide range of pharmacological activities. It has been used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, cough with cold, stomach ache, dysmenorrhea, and altitude sickness in traditional medicine. This review summarizes the bioactive components in six species of snow lotus including flavonoids, lignans, phenolic compounds, phenylpropanoids, and sesquiterpenes present in Saussurea involucrate (SI), Saussurea obvallata (SO), Saussurea laniceps (SL), Saussurea medusa (SM), Saussurea stella (SS) and Saussurea tridactyla (ST). We review the pharmacological and related molecular mechanisms by which these components exert antineoplastic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects and promote lipid catabolism, and provide a reference for the future study of the traditional Chinese medicinal chemistry and pharmacological activities of snow lotus.
