外泌体作为药物递送载体在脑部疾病治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of exosomes as drug delivery systems in the treatment of brain diseases

  • 摘要: 外泌体是由天然脂质双层构成,直径在40~100 nm的盘状囊泡。大多数细胞可产生外泌体,在生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用,影响信号通路、细胞间通讯、肿瘤进展和分子转移。外泌体具有免疫原性低、天然稳定性好、半衰期长、传递率高和能穿越血脑屏障等特点,可以作为药物传递的良好载体。本文介绍了外泌体作为药物递送载体,在脑部疾病,如中枢神经系统退行性疾病、脑肿瘤和脑血管疾病等治疗中的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Exosomes are disk-shaped vesicles with a diameter of 40-100 nm, which are composed of natural lipid bilayers. Most cells can produce exosomes, which play an important role in physiological and pathological processes, affecting signal pathways, intercellular communication, tumor progression and molecular metastasis. Exosomes are characterized by low immunogenicity, good natural stability, long half-life, high delivery efficiency, and the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, which can be used as a good carrier for drug delivery. This review focuses on the research progress of exosomes as drug delivery systems in the treatment of brain diseases, such as central nervous system degenerative diseases, brain tumors and cerebrovascular diseases and so on.
