天然产物靶向肿瘤微环境的研究进展

Advances in natural products that target the tumor microenvironment

  • 摘要: 肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)在肿瘤的发生发展过程中与肿瘤相互作用,与肿瘤生长、转移、免疫逃逸和耐药等行为密切相关,是动态且复杂的局部环境。因此,靶向肿瘤微环境是抗肿瘤治疗的热点。天然产物结构多样,来源广泛,具有多靶点、多途径、药理作用广泛等特点,是抗肿瘤药物的主要来源。近年来,研究发现天然产物不仅能直接作用于肿瘤细胞,同时也对肿瘤微环境具有积极调节作用。本文围绕肿瘤微环境中物质组成及其功能和天然产物,如萜类、黄酮类、生物碱类、醌类、多糖类和酚类等成分靶向肿瘤微环境的研究进展进行综述,以期为肿瘤治疗的药物研发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The tumor microenvironment (TME), a dynamic and complex local environment, interacts with the tumor cells and is closely related to tumor growth, metastasis, immune escape and drug resistance. Thus, targeting the TME has been a worldwide focus in cancer therapy. Many natural products possess the advantages of multiple targets, multiple pathways and wide pharmacological functions, and are the main source of antitumor drugs. In recent years studies have found that some natural products had advantageous effects on the TME. In this review, we summarize the components and functions of the TME and some natural products that target the TME, with references to the drug therapy of cancer.
