温度、pH值和H2O2对减毒沙门氏菌VNP20009的生长及生物膜形成的影响

Effects of temperature, pH, and H2O2 on the growth and biofilm formation of attenuated Salmonella VNP20009

  • 摘要: 减毒沙门氏菌VNP20009具有较好的在肿瘤中定殖、复制并发挥一定抗肿瘤作用的特性,可作为抗癌药物载体或与其他疗法(如化疗)联用,具有较好应用前景。本文对VNP20009的生物学性质进行研究,检测了VNP20009在不同温度、pH值及H2O2作用下的生长曲线及细菌生物膜的形成。结果表明,VNP20009在42℃、弱酸性环境pH 6.5以及H2O2(1 mmol·L-1)条件下可正常生长,弱酸性环境有益于VNP20009生物膜的形成。本实验结果对深入研究减毒沙门氏菌的生存机制和应用提供了基础。

     

    Abstract: Attenuated Salmonella VNP20009 specifically colonizes and proliferates within tumor tissues and inhibits tumor growth. It has been used as drug delivery vehicle or in combination with other therapies (such as chemotherapy), which shows a good application potential in tumor therapy. In this paper, study was conducted to determine the physiological changes of growth curve and formation of bacterial biofilm of VNP20009 under various environmental stresses, such as temperature, pH, and H2O2. The results showed that VNP20009 could grow normally under the conditions of 42 ℃, pH 6.5, and 1 mmol·L-1 H2O2. Furthermore, the weak acid environment was beneficial to the biofilm formation of VNP20009. This study provides a basis for in-depth study of the survival mechanism and application of attenuated Salmonella.
