温度敏感TRPV2离子通道的结构与药理学功能研究进展

Advances in structure and pharmacological function of temperature-sensitive TRPV2 channel

  • 摘要: 瞬时受体电位离子通道香草素亚型2(transient receptor potential vanilloid ion channel subtypes 2,TRPV2)是属于TRPV通道家族的一种钙渗透性非选择性阳离子通道。TRPV2表达于神经、血管和脾脏等器官组织,参与调节多种重要的生理功能,如伤害性感受、神经发育和免疫应答。本文综述了TRPV2通道的结构、调节剂的发现与结合位点以及生理功能几个方面的研究进展,为后续研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Transient receptor potential vanilloid ion channel subtypes 2 (TRPV2) is a calcium permeable nonselective cation channel. TRPV2 is expressed in nerves, blood vessels, spleen, and other organs, and participates in the regulation of a variety of important physiological functions, such as nociception, neural development, and immune response. Here we reviewed the research progress on the structure, modulators, and physiological functions of TRPV2 channel to provide references for future research.
