光敏剂在胶质母细胞瘤光动力治疗中的研究进展

Research advances of photosensitizer in photodynamic therapy of glioblastoma

  • 摘要: 胶质母细胞瘤是中枢神经系统的恶性肿瘤,侵袭性强、预后差、生存期短。目前的主要治疗方法为手术切除并辅助放化疗。但由于切除并不完全且复发率高,因此亟待寻找新的治疗方式。光动力疗法作为一种发展前景良好的非手术治疗方法为胶质母细胞瘤术后辅助治疗提供一种新策略。本文就各类光敏剂介导的光动力疗法在胶质母细胞瘤中的作用机制和临床应用进行综述,以期为胶质母细胞瘤的临床治疗提供新的策略和辅助支持。

     

    Abstract: Glioblastoma is a malignant tumor in central nervous system, which has strong invasion, poor prognosis and short survival time. At present, the main treatment strategy of glioblastoma is surgical excision, supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, due to incomplete resection and high recurrence rate, it is urgent to find novel therapeutic method for glioblastoma. Photodynamic therapy, as a promising non-surgical treatment, provides a new strategy for postoperative adjuvant therapy of glioblastoma. This review summarizes the mechanism and clinical application of photodynamic therapy mediated by various photosensitizers in glioblastoma, in order to provide help for the treatment of glioblastoma.
