浅谈广谱抗病毒药物研发的普适性策略

Universal strategies and methodologies in broad-spectrum antiviral drug discovery

  • 摘要: 病毒感染疾病严重威胁人类生命健康与社会发展。为应对未来可能暴发的新发和再现病毒疫情,研发广谱抗病毒药物成为重要且紧迫的研究课题。本文精选近年经典案例,从抗病毒药物研究的共同靶标、共性环节、通用策略以及广谱抗病毒分子等四个主要方面总结了广谱抗病毒药物研发的普适性策略,期望对当下及未来的抗病毒药物研发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Virus infection is a serious threat to human health and social development. The increase in pandemics caused by emerging and re-emerging viruses highlights the urgent need for broad-spectrum antivirals. In this perspective, we highlight recent case studies and summarize the universal strategies and methodologies in broad-spectrum antiviral drug discovery from common targets, common steps in viral life cycle, universal strategies, and broad-spectrum molecules, hoping to provide valuable guidance for the current and future development of antiviral drugs.
