杜虹花叶中的两个新半日花烷型二萜

Two new labdane diterpenoids from the leaves of Callicarpa formosana Rolfe

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱、ODS柱色谱及高效液相色谱等色谱技术,从杜虹花叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到2个新半日花烷型二萜类化合物,并通过质谱、核磁共振和ECD等波谱数据鉴定其结构,分别为13E-6β-hydroxylabda-8(17),13-dien-15-oic acid (1)和13E-7α-hydroxylabda-8(17),13-dien-15-oic acid (2)。对化合物12进行了抗氧化活性测试,均无明显活性。

     

    Abstract: Two new labdane diterpenoids were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of the leaves of Callicarpa formosana Rolfe by using silica gel column, MCI column, ODS column and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by HR-ESI-MS, NMR and ECD spectral data. All of them are new compounds, named 13E-6β-hydroxylabda-8(17),13-dien-15-oic acid (1) and 13E-7α-hydroxylabda-8(17),13-dien-15-oic acid (2). Compounds 1 and 2 were tested for antioxidant activity, and none of them had obvious activity.
