姜黄中一个新颖的倍半萜成分

A novel sesquiterpenoid from Curcuma longa L.

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、中压液相色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等分离技术, 从姜黄95%乙醇提取物中分离得到1个新化合物。结合质谱、核磁、计算ECD等手段确定了化合物的结构及绝对构型, 发现化合物为一个结构新颖的倍半萜类成分, 将其命名为isoturmeronol B (1)。化合物1的骨架与没药烷型倍半萜相似, 唯一区别在于化合物1在没药烷型倍半萜骨架的基础上, C-4位的甲基迁移至C-5位。对化合物1的抗炎和抗氧化活性进行了评价, 结果表明化合物1无抗炎及抗氧化活性。

     

    Abstract: A new compound was isolated from the 95% ethanolic extract of the rhizomes of Curcuma longa L. using silica gel column chromatography, medium pressure liquid chromatography, and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structure and absolute configuration of the compound was elucidated by HR-ESI-MS, NMR, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. It is a novel sesquiterpenoid, which is named as isoturmeronol B (1). The carbon skeleton of compound 1 is similar to that of bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoid. The only difference is that the methyl group at C-4 in bisabolene-type sesquiterpenoid is migrated to C-5 in compound 1. Besides, the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of the compound 1 were evaluated. The results showed that 1 has no anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities.
