3D打印挤出成型技术的药学研究进展

Recent advances of pharmaceutical 3D printing extrusion molding technology

  • 摘要: 3D打印是借助数字化控制的一种增材制造技术, 自2015年FDA批准第一个3D打印药物以来, 其在药学领域的研究热度日渐高涨。在打印技术中, 熔融沉积成型(FDM)和半固体挤出(SSE)是应用最广的两种挤出成型技术。本文从挤出成型的机制、设备、辅料、设计、应用及产业化前景六个方面综述3D打印挤出成型技术的药学研究进展。

     

    Abstract: 3D printing is an additive manufacturing technology with the help of digital control. Since FDA approved the first 3D printing drug in 2015, its research enthusiasm in the pharmaceutical field has been increasing year by year. In printing technology, fused deposition molding (FDM) and semi-solid extrusion (SSE) are the two most widely used extrusion molding technologies. In this review, recent advances of pharmaceutical 3D printing extrusion molding technology are reviewed from six aspects: mechanism, equipment, pharmaceutical excipients, applications, design and industrialization prospects of extrusion molding technology.
