沙门氏菌介导的肿瘤靶向治疗研究进展

Advances in Salmonella-mediated targeted tumor therapy

  • 摘要: 沙门氏菌用于肿瘤治疗是近年来新兴的一种肿瘤靶向治疗策略, 因其良好的肿瘤靶向性和一定的安全性而受到人们的关注。为了进一步优化其治疗效果, 科学家们尝试对沙门氏菌进行改造, 包括对其进行减毒改造以及利用其荷载药物等。本文对沙门氏菌靶向治疗肿瘤的机制和研究进展进行了总结, 并介绍了对其进行改造优化的策略和相关进展, 同时对沙门氏菌治疗肿瘤的优势、目前面临的问题及未来发展方向进行了分析, 以期为该领域的后续研究提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Salmonella has emerged as a promising tumor-targeting strategy in recent years due to its good tumor targeting ability and certain safety. In order to further optimize its therapeutic effect, scientists have tried to modify Salmonella, including its attenuation and drug loading. This paper summarizes the mechanism and research progress of Salmonella-mediated targeted tumor therapy, and introduces the strategies and related progress of its modification and optimization. At the same time, the advantages, current challenges and future development directions of Salmonella-mediated tumor therapy are summarized.
