以天然产物吴茱萸碱为先导结构的抗肿瘤药物设计策略研究进展

Research progress of natural product evodiamine-based antitumor drug design strategies

  • 摘要: 天然产物是发现抗肿瘤药物的重要来源, 吴茱萸碱作为传统中药吴茱萸的有效成分, 具有微弱的抗肿瘤活性, 近年来, 以其为先导结构开展的药物研究发现了多个高活性抗肿瘤候选药物, 取得了较为显著的研究进展。本文综述了以吴茱萸碱为先导结构开展的抗肿瘤药物设计策略的研究进展, 以期为以天然产物为先导结构的新药开发提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: Natural products are important sources for the discovery of anti-tumor drugs. Evodiamine is the main alkaloid component of the traditional Chinese herb Wu-Chu-Yu, and it has weak antitumor activity. In recent years, a number of highly active antitumor candidates have been discovered with a significant progress. This article reviews the research progress of evodiamine-based antitumor drug design strategies, in order to provide reference for the development of new drugs with natural products as leads.
