一串蓝中一个新的克罗烷型二萜化合物

A new neo-clerodane diterpenoid from Salvia farinacea Benth.

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、中压反相柱色谱、凝胶色谱等各种现代色谱分离技术对一串蓝地上部分的化学成分进行分离纯化, 并运用现代波谱学手段鉴定化合物结构。从中分离得到了3个克罗烷型二萜化合物, 分别鉴定为2β-hydroxy-7,8-dehydrobacchotricuneatin A (1)、dugesin C (2) 和tonalensin (3)。其中化合物1为新二萜化合物, 化合物23为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Three neo-clerodane were isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia farinacea Benth., and were purified by various technologies, including silica gel, ODS, sephadex LH-20, and their structures were identified by modern spectroscopy techniques as 2β-hydroxy-7,8-dehydrobacchotricuneatin A (1), dugesin C (2), and tonalensin (3). Compound 1 was a new diterpenoid, and compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
