东方泽泻中一个新的呋喃α-丁烯内酯及其潜在的抗肺纤维化活性

A new furan α-butenolactones from Alisma orientale and their potential antifibrotic activities

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱以及高效液相色谱等技术手段从东方泽泻(Alisma orientale) 块茎50%丙酮提取物中分离得到4个呋喃α-丁烯内酯类化合物。通过现代波谱学技术和电子圆二色谱(ECD) 鉴定了化合物的结构, 分别为(5R)-5-hydroxy-3, 4-dimethylfuran-2(5H)-one (1)、5-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethylfuran-2(5H)-one (2)、5-hydroxy-4-(1-methylethyl)-2(5H)-furanone (3) 以及alismanoid A (4)。其中, 化合物1为新化合物, 化合物2~4为首次从东方泽泻中分离得到, 化合物1~4具有潜在的抗肺纤维化活性。

     

    Abstract: Four furan α-butenolactones were isolated from 50% acetone extract of tuber of Alisma orientale by silica gel column, chromatography gel column and high performance liquid chromatography techniques. Their structures were identified by modern wave spectroscopy techniques and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) and assigned as (5R)-5-hydroxy-3, 4-dimethylfuran-2(5H)-one (1), 5-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethylfuran-2(5H)-one (2), 5-hydroxy-4-(1-methylethyl)-2(5H)-furanone (3) and alismanoid A (4). Compound 1 was new compound and compounds 24 were first isolated from Alisma orientale. Compound 1-4 had potential antifibrotic activities.
