广藿香中一个新的杜松烷型倍半萜和一个新天然产物

A new cadinane-type sesquiterpenoid and a new natural product from the aerial parts of Pogostemon cablin

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、凝胶(Sephadex LH-20), ODS柱和高效液相色谱等色谱分离技术从广藿香(Pogostemon cablin) 地上部分的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到了一个新的杜松烷型倍半萜pogocablene P (1) 和一个具有环己酮结构的新天然产物pogocablone A (2), 并通过质谱和核磁共振等波谱学方法确定了这两个化合物的结构。同时, 借助计算ECD的方法确定了化合物2的绝对构型。另外, 对化合物12进行了抗流感病毒和抗炎活性评价。

     

    Abstract: A new cadinane-type sesquiterpenoid, pogocablene P (1), and a new natural product with cyclohexanone skeleton, pogocablone A (2), were isolated from the EtOAc soluble fraction of the aerial parts of Pogostemon cablin by several chromatographic methods, such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and so on. Their structures were identified by means of mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In addition, the absolute configuration of compound 2 was determined by electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculation. Furthermore, the anti-influenza virus and anti-inflammatory activities of compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated.
