基于金属-多酚网络的纳米递药系统在炎症性疾病诊疗方面的研究进展

Research progress of nano drug delivery system based on metalpolyphenol network for the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory diseases

  • 摘要: 炎症性疾病(inflammatory diseases, IDs) 是以慢性炎症为主要发病机制的疾病的总称, 严重影响患者的生活质量, 造成重大的社会和医疗负担。目前, 针对这类疾病的药物主要包括非甾体抗炎药、皮质类固醇、免疫调节剂、生物制剂和抗氧化剂等, 但是这些药物可能会引起胃肠道不良反应、诱发或加重感染、无应答或者不耐受等问题。鉴于金属-多酚网络(metal polyphenol network, MPN) 在药物递送、生物医学成像、催化治疗和光热治疗等领域展现出的卓越性能, 其在IDs诊疗方面的应用备受关注, 且已取得显著进展。本文首先对IDs的种类及其产生机制进行了概述, 随后梳理并归纳了近年来MPN的不同存在形式, 最后详细探讨了MPN的性能特点及其在IDs诊疗方面的最新研究进展, 力求为相关领域的科学研究和临床实践提供有益的参考。

     

    Abstract: Inflammatory diseases (IDs) are a general term of diseases characterized by chronic inflammation as the primary pathogenetic mechanism, which seriously affect the quality of patient′s life and cause significant social and medical burden. Current drugs for IDs include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, immunomodulators, biologics, and antioxidants, but these drugs may cause gastrointestinal side effects, induce or worsen infections, and cause non-response or intolerance. Given the outstanding performance of metal polyphenol network (MPN) in the fields of drug delivery, biomedical imaging, and catalytic therapy, its application in the diagnosis and treatment of IDs has attracted much attention and significant progress has been made. In this paper, we first provide an overview of the types of IDs and their generating mechanisms, then sort out and summarize the different forms of MPN in recent years, and finally discuss in detail the characteristics of MPN and their latest research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of IDs. This research may provide useful references for scientific research and clinical practice in the related fields.
