一株内生真菌Alternaria tenuissima Pas85次生代谢产物研究

Study on secondary metabolites of an endophytic fungi Alternaria tenuissima Pas85

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术, 从芦苇内生真菌Alternaria tenuissima Pas85固体发酵提取物中分离得到1个新的生物碱类化合物(1) 和6个已知化合物(2~7)。通过高分辨质谱、核磁共振和红外等波谱学方法及文献比对确定其结构, 并测试了化合物1~5的抗MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) 活性。化合物1~4表现出一定的抑制活性, MIC值分别为64、4、32、32 μg·mL-1, 化合物5无明显抑制活性。

     

    Abstract: A new alkaloid (1) and six known compounds (2-7) were isolated from the solid fermentation extract of the endophytic fungus Alternaria tenuissima Pas85 of Phragmites australis by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and other chromatographic techniques. The structures of these compounds were determined by HREIMS, NMR, IR spectroscopy, and literature comparison, and the anti MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) activity of 1-5 were tested. Compounds 1, 2, 3 and 4 exhibited certain inhibitory activity with MIC values of 64, 4, 32 and 32 μg·mL-1, respectively, and compound 5 showed no significant inhibitory activity.
