  • 摘要: 八肽菌素是一类环状脂肽, 具有广谱抗菌活性, 尤其在对抗多重耐药革兰阴性菌方面具有显著潜力。本文综述了八肽菌素的来源、结构、合成方法及其抗菌机制, 重点探讨了结构修饰对其抗菌活性的影响。八肽菌素独特的结构特性使其具备强大的抗菌潜力, 结构修饰可以显著增强其活性, 为新型抗生素的开发提供了有价值的见解。

     

    Abstract: Octapeptin is a class of cyclic lipopeptides with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, demonstrating significant potential against multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the sources, structure, synthesis methods, and antibacterial mechanisms of octapeptin, with a focus on the impact of structural modifications on their antibacterial activity. The unique structural features of octapeptin contribute to their strong antibacterial potential, and structural modifications can significantly enhance their activity, offering insights into the development of novel antibiotics.
