姜黄中一个新颖的硝基取代没药烷型倍半萜

A novel nitro-substituted bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoid from Curcuma longa

  • 摘要: 采用聚酰胺柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等分离技术, 对姜黄的95%乙醇提取物进行了分离纯化。随后, 运用高分辨质谱、红外、核磁共振等波谱技术对化合物进行了结构鉴定并通过计算ECD确定了新化合物的绝对构型。最终, 从姜黄中分离鉴定了2个没药烷型倍半萜, 分别为(7S)-1,3,5,10-没药烷四烯-3-硝基-9-酮(1) 和turmeronol A (2), 其中化合物1为新颖的硝基取代没药烷型倍半萜。

     

    Abstract: The 95% ethanol extract of Curcuma longa was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Then, the structures of the obtained compounds were identified by HR-MS, IR, and NMR. Absolute configuration of the new compound was determined by calculating ECD. Finally, two bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoids were obtained from C. longa and identified as (7S)-1,3,5,10-bisabolatetraen-3-nitro-9-one (1) and turmeronol A (2). Compound 1 was a novel nitro-substituted bisabolane-type sesquiterpenoid.
