Abstract:
This article reviews the secondary metabolites produced by marine microorganisms with anti-
Pseudomonas aeruginosa activity in the past five years. The compounds are classified according to their structures, including macrolides, anthraquinones, peptides, alkaloids, terpenoids, and other kinds of structures. The chemical structure and antibacterial activity of these compounds are mainly introduced. This article provides a reference for further research and development of natural products from marine microorganisms with antibacterial activity.
