泽泻中的两个新原萜烷型三萜

Two new prototerpenoid triterpenoids from Alisma plantago-aquatica

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、凝胶(Sephadex LH-20) 和高效液相色谱等色谱分离技术, 从泽泻(Alisma plantago-aquatica Linn) 干燥块茎的乙酸乙酯相中分离得到17个化合物, 通过质谱和核磁共振等波谱学方法, 鉴定均为原萜烷型三萜(1~17), 其中化合物1和化合物2为新化合物。对其中16个化合物进行了抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性筛选, 发现它们均无抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。

     

    Abstract: Seventeen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the tubers of dry Alisma plantago-aquatica by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and high performance liquid chromatography. All of them were identified as the prototerpene triterpenoids by the analysis of mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Compounds 1 and 2 are the new compounds. Among of them, 16 compounds were screened for α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, however, none of them was active.
