中药自组装超分子研究进展

Research progress on self-assembly supramolecules of traditional Chinese medicine

  • 摘要: 中药汤剂在煎煮过程中其成分不仅发生化学键的相互结合还产生非共价键间的相互作用。近年来, 研究发现在中药汤剂中存在由非共价键连接的聚集体, 统称为中药超分子(supramolecules of traditional Chinese medicine, STCM)。本文对STCM相关文献进行梳理, 从单体成分、单味药、药对、复方4个维度, 围绕STCM的研究方法、形成机制和研究价值3个方面进行综述, 以期为后续STCM的研究提供参考和借鉴。由于中药成分复杂多样, 复方、药对和单味药煎煮液中的STCM形成机制研究尚不完善, 这也是未来STCM研究的一个重点和难点。自组装超分子化学的视角为研究中药药效物质基础提供了新的思路, 将中药领域研究推向了一个新的高度。

     

    Abstract: During the decoction process of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), not only do chemical bonds interact, but non-covalent interactions also occur. In recent years, studies have discovered the presence of aggregates connected by non-covalent bonds in TCM decoctions, collectively referred to as supramolecules of traditional Chinese medicine (STCM). This review summarizes the literature on STCM, discussing research methods, formation mechanisms, and research significance from four perspectives: individual components, single herbs, medicinal pairs and compound prescriptions. The aim is to provide a reference for future research on STCM. Due to the complexity and diversity of TCM components, the research on the formation mechanism of STCM in compound formulas, drug pairs and single herb decoction liquids is not perfect, which is also a key and difficult point in future STCM research. The perspective of self-assembled supramolecular chemistry provides a new idea for the study of the pharmacodynamic material basis of TCM, and pushes the research in the field of TCM to a new height.
