赤芝中4个新的羊毛脂甾烷型三萜的分离与鉴定

Isolation and characterization of four undescribed lanostane tetracyclic triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum

  • 摘要: 利用多种色谱技术从中药赤芝中分离得到4个化合物。经一维(1D)、二维(2D) 核磁共振波谱(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, NMR) 等方法鉴定其均为新的羊毛脂甾烷型三萜, 并采用量子化学计算方法确定其绝对构型, 命名为baoslingzhines T~W (1~4)。

     

    Abstract: Four previously undescribed lanostane tetracyclic triterpenoids baoslingzhines T-W (1-4) were isolated from Ganoderma lucidum. Their structures including relative and absolute configurations were assigned by spectroscopic methods and ECD calculations.
