Research progress on the biological activity of marine-derive 1,6-naphthyridine nature products

  • 摘要: 目前已发现的海洋来源1,6-萘啶类天然产物均来自海绵类生物。研究表明这类化合物在抗肿瘤、抗氧化和抗菌等多个领域表现出显著的生物活性, 展现出广阔的药物开发潜力。本文系统综述了42个海洋来源1,6-萘啶类天然产物的来源、化学结构、生物活性及其作用机制。本文旨在通过对这些天然产物的生物活性系统归纳总结, 为新药研发梳理结构新颖、活性显著的先导化合物。同时, 这些研究将为开发高效、低毒的新型药物奠定基础, 进而为人类健康事业作出重要贡献。

     

    Abstract: At present, all known marine-derived 1,6-naphthyridine natural products have been isolated from sponge organisms. Research indicates that these compounds exhibit significant biological activities in various fields, including antitumor, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties, demonstrating broad potential for drug development. This article systematically reviews the sources, chemical structures, biological activities, and mechanisms of action of 42 marine-derived 1,6-naphthyridine natural products. This study aims to systematically summarize the biological activities of these natural products, thereby identifying novel structures and prominent active compounds as potential leads for new drug development. At the same time, these studies lay the foundation for the development of highly effective and low-toxicity new drugs, thereby making an important contribution to human health.
