  • 摘要: 寻常痤疮是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病, 主要由毛囊堵塞和炎症引起, 是全球第八大最常见疾病, 严重影响人们的生活质量。尽管现有多种治疗选择, 如药物治疗和物理治疗, 但多数药物存在不良反应显著、化学稳定性差和靶向效果低等不足。药物递送系统(drug delivery systems, DDS) 在痤疮治疗中展现出潜在的应用前景, 特别是在提高药物疗效和减少不良反应方面具有显著优势。因此, 开发新型DDS成为当前研究的重点。本综述首先分析了寻常痤疮的病理机制及其治疗目标, 其次系统概述了现有的治疗方法, 最后重点探讨了DDS在痤疮治疗中的潜在应用, 旨在为未来的痤疮治疗提供新的视角和方案。

     

    Abstract: Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, mainly caused by clogged and inflamed hair follicles, and is the eighth most common disease worldwide, severely affecting people's quality of life. Although several treatment options are available, such as pharmacotherapy and physiotherapy, most medications suffer from significant side effects, poor chemical stability, and low targeting efficacy. Drug delivery systems (DDS) have potential applications in acne treatment, particularly in enhancing drug efficacy and minimizing side effects. Therefore, the development of novel DDS has become the focus of current research. This review firstly analyzes the pathological mechanisms of acne vulgaris and its therapeutic targets, secondly systematically outlines the existing therapeutic approaches, and finally focuses on the potential applications of DDS in acne treatment, aiming to provide new perspectives and options for future acne treatment.
