植物源性细胞外囊泡及其在药物递送系统应用中的研究进展

Research progress of plant-derived extracellular vesicles and their application in drug delivery systems

  • 摘要: 植物源性细胞外囊泡是由植物细胞主动分泌的一类具有脂质双层膜结构的纳米级囊泡。作为植物细胞间通讯的重要介质, 外囊泡富含多种生物活性分子, 包括核酸、蛋白质和脂质等, 在细胞间物质转运和信息传递过程中发挥着关键作用。得益于其优异的生物相容性、低免疫原性和天然的跨物种递送能力, 植物源性细胞外囊泡已成为新型药物递送载体的理想选择, 可高效负载核酸类药物、蛋白类药物及小分子化学药物。近年来, 植物源性细胞外囊泡在递送系统中的应用研究取得了显著进展。本文系统综述了植物源性细胞外囊泡分离纯化技术、稳定性、靶向性、药物装载策略及其作为药物递送载体的最新应用成果, 以期为相关研究提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Plant-derived extracellular vesicles are a kind of nanoscale vesicles with lipid bilayer membrane structure actively secreted by plant cells. As important media for intercellular communication in plants, extracellular vesicles are rich in a variety of biologically active molecules, including nucleic acids, proteins and lipids, and play key roles in intercellular material transport and information transmission. Due to excellent biocompatibility, low immunogenicity and natural cross-species delivery ability, plant-derived extracellular vesicles have become an ideal choice for new drug delivery carriers, which can efficiently load nucleic acid drugs, protein preparations and hydrophobic drug molecules. In recent years, with the rapid development of nanomedicine technology, the application of plant-derived extracellular vesicles in targeted drug delivery systems has made significant progress. This review systematically summarizes the separation and purification technology, stability, targeting, drug loading strategy of plant-derived extracellular vesicles and their latest application results as drug delivery carriers, in order to provide theoretical reference for related research.
