广藿香油中新颖螺环倍半萜成分研究

Study on novel spirocyclic sesquiterpenoids from patchouli oil

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等分离技术, 对广藿香挥发油中的化学1成分进行了分离纯化。随后, 采用高分辨质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等手段鉴定化合物的结构, 并通过X-ray单晶衍射以及计算ECD确定了新化合物的绝对构型。最终, 从广藿香中分离鉴定了2个新颖的螺环倍半萜, 依次鉴定为spiroaxanol A (1) 和spirojatamone A (2)。

     

    Abstract: The chemical components of the patchouli oil were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Then, the structures of the obtained compounds were identified by HR-MS, IR, and NMR. The absolute configurations of the novel compounds were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and calculation of ECD. Finally, two novel spirocyclic sesquiterpenoids were obtained from patchouli oil and identified as spiroaxanol A (1) and spirojatamone A (2), respectively.
