赤水金钗石斛中2个新化学成分

Two new chemical constituents from Chishui Dendrobium nobile

  • 摘要: 采用MCI、硅胶、Toyopearl HW-40C以及半制备液相等多种方法对金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobile) 95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位进行系统的化学成分研究, 分离得到两个新化合物。通过HRESIMS, NMR, IR, UV等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定, 分别鉴定为金钗石斛菲A (1) 和金钗石斛素A (2)。此外, 化合物1为一个新的菲类化合物, 含有一个苯骈呋喃结构单元, 化合物2为一个新的苯丙素苷类化合物。

     

    Abstract: The phytochemical investigation of the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extract of Dendrobium nobile led to the isolation of two previously unreported compounds by various column chromatography methods, including silica gel, MCI, Toyopearl HW-40C combined with the semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by HRESIMS, NMR, IR, and UV, and identified as neodendronbibisline A (1), neodendronside A (2). Furthermore, compound 1 is a new phenanthrene with a benzofuran structural unit, and compound 2 is a new phenylpropanin glycoside.
