摘要: 已知某些带2-(烷胺基)甲基-4-氨基苯酚或2,6-双(烷胺基)甲基-4-氨基苯酚基团的抗疟药具有抗心律失常作用。为了寻找抗心律失常新药,我们合成了一系列取代的4-氨基苯酚类化合物,药理筛选结果表明其中约半数有对抗乌头硷引起的大鼠心律失常的活性。Abstract: Based on the fact that certain antimalarials containing 2-(alkylamino) methyl-4-aminophenol group or 2,6-bis (alkylamino) methyl-4-aminophenol group possess antiarrhythmic properties, a series of title compounds were synthesized. Preliminary pharmacological tests showed that some of these compounds were effective against aconitine-induced experimental arrhythmia in rats.
