用二维核磁共振技术研究野菊花三醇的结构

APPLICATION OF 2D NMR TECHNIQUES IN THE STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF CHRYSANTHETRIOL

  • 摘要: 从野菊花(Chrysanthemum indicum L.)亲脂性极性较大的部分,分离得到一个新的倍半萜成分,命名为野菊花三醇。通过1H-1H COSY,1H-13C COSY及远程1H-13C COSY二维核磁共振谱研究,确定其属于(牛龙)牛儿烷衍生物,并确定其结构和相对立体构型。

     

    Abstract: Chrysanthemum indicum L. is a Chinese traditional drug used forantifebrile, detoxication and hypotensive purposes. In continuation of our efforts to searchfor the active principles of this speceies, a new sesquiterpene compound, namedchrysanthetriol was isolated from the more polar fraction of the title plant. Chrysanthetriolis a colorless oil, αD20-31. 8℃(c 0.3, MeOH). HRMS showed the molecular formula tobe C15H26O3. The structure and stereochemistry of chrysanthtriol was elucidated as I by theuse of 1H-1H COSY, 1H -13C COSY, 13H -13C COLOC 2D NMR spectroscopy.
